Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation by calling our customer services department. Our team will facilitate your request according to our policies and guidelines. Please note that the cancelation will only be made to the original credit card. We will require your phone number, billing name, and credit card details to process the cancelation.
Cancelation Rules and Process
You can make the complete cancelation before your arrival date using our helpline number or by reaching out to us through email or text. A non-refundable reservation fee may apply, which will not be reimbursed. If you wish to cancel your stay with us on the day of arrival, then the arrival date site fee and the non-refundable reservation fee will be charged from your full payment.Please note that we will not process any refunds in case of late arrival, eviction due to violations, no-shows/no-calls, partial cancelation that do not meet the minimum stay requirement, and site change requests, regardless of cost differential at the ground.

How do I make the payment?
You can make the payment for services you choose by cash, money order, check, MasterCard or VISA. We require full payment at the time of booking for all reservations.

Can I change my reservation?
If you wish to change your reservation, you can contact us through our provided numbers by call or text. You can also email us. A reservation fee will be applied to change your reservation. Changed reservations can be canceled but will not be refundable.

How can I make a camping reservation?
Camping is available year-round at Dixon hills. You can select your destination by choosing our interactive map booking feature. Next, you can make your booking during company hours. You can also make a traditional booking through our website.

What time are check-in and check-out?
The check-in time at Dixon Hills is 12:00 PM, while the check-out time is 11:00 AM. We request that you be mindful of other guests during your stay and adhere to the campsite and ground rules and regulations.
